Our current project is the complete renovation of a 1920 brick and cedar home in Cleveland Heights, OH. This 4 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath house is the owner's childhood home which requires extensive renovation to bring it up to contemporary standards and make it inviting for their current family of 5. Upgrades include a new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, a master bedroom on the 2nd floor, and a master suite on the 3rd floor. Of course, everything else in the house will also be refinished or restored to new condition, including the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. This massive project is expected to require nearly 6 months of full-time work from our entire crew.
