BEFORE

radiator window seat has been removed.
DURING
Note the enormous radiator removed from under the front window. Using
a 15-inch rescue saw, it was cut into 7 pieces, each weighing close to 200
pounds. The removal of this radiator opens up considerable space in the
room, and allows for much more functional furniture placement.
AFTER
The completed room shortly after move
in. Fireplace was painted to match wall color, new mantle added a more balanced
appearance to the all brick fireplace face. Note cardboard on floor to protect hardwood from traffic.
